Indianapolis Children's Museum
The largest children's museum in the world, this is a great place for kids and adults alike to spend a day. Explore the DinoDome, complete with a real mummified dinosaur, or check out a show about deep space in the planetarium. The museum has Indiana Jones's real hat and whip, as well as major international travelling exhibits.

Indiana State Museum
If all you know about Indiana is from Parks and Recreation or Stranger Things, then this is the place for you!
Focusing on Indiana's history, environment, and culture, the Indiana State Museum holds everything from Abraham Lincoln's personal belongings and prehistoric arrowheads to Cretaceous fossils and a Foucault pendulum.
The museum also has an IMAX theater, a terrace cafe, and access to the Indianapolis Canal.

Newfields / Indianapolis Museum of Art
Did you know that LOVE, one of the most famous pieces of American pop art, was made by Robert Indiana, and that the original is in Indianapolis?
The Newfields complex includes the Indianapolis Museum of Art, the historic Lilly House & Gardens, and over 100 acres of parkland.
The Museum holds works by Rembrandt, Picasso, and O'Keefe, while the historically landscaped Lilly grounds are an excellent place to have a picnic on a summer day.

Eiteljorg Museum
The Eiteljorg (Eye-til-yorg) is a unique museum of the American Indian and the American West.
Several galleries are dedicated to ancient and historic Native American artifacts from around the United States, while its collection of contemporary Native American art has been recognized as one of the best in the world.
The museum is also home to a huge collection of art depicting the American West and the experience of Westward Expansion. All of this is housed in a serenely beautiful building with access to the Canal.
